    Hmm, looks like I screwed up with the UK airforce and should have 1-3 more fighters on or near Egypt, right? (I’m trying to learn from mistakes)

    Is there a way in Triple A to revert your move before posting it (if you haven’t done any dice rolling)? For instance if you don’t have any combat moves, but then realize you should have made them.

    So far I’ve been reloading the saved game to do this.

    No, you can’t “step back” once a phase is completed. Reloading the savegame is the correct way to do it.

    I get this error, or a related error, 100% of the time when I’m loading saved games. I’m on Windows 8.1.

    Triple A still seems to work with this error. So it is hopefully non-fatal.

    Please execute this:
    -Exit TripleA (shut down)
    -Start TripleA
    -Start a new Local Game (any will do)
    -When the game has started find the Menu Debug and then click Show Console
    -When the Console has opened, click the button Properties
    -Then click Copy to Clipboard
    -Paste in this thread

    Also when did you download/update the map-file (via “Download Maps” from inside TripleA")?

    That is always a good idea. Or keep your UK navy in the Med. Also FYI hope you see Panther’s post just before my turn post. Follow his instruction and hopefully you can get your errors resolved.

    Hmm, I just ran update on the map and that might have solved it! I was able to load the latest saved game without an error.

    Triple A doesn’t have a feature that shows the total value of units in IPCs per country does it? That’d be cool. For 1942 Revised, I built a statistical model that could predict the winner pretty accurately (maybe 90%) after 2-3 rounds based on the total unit IPC value for each side.

    I’m thinking I should have attacked the Italians on I97 or I95, which is more common? It didn’t look feasible with the additional German fighter that you could scramble, but maybe I was missing one or two planes that could have reached and landed on the CV.

    97 is an attack people do sometimes it costs a lot for the UK though. You need to bring the bomber and fighters from London. As for odds you can use the battle calculator to estimate potential battles. Hover over a territory and hit CTRL-BScreenshot (2).png It will auto fill the territory with units and you can add in attacking or defending units and run battle simulations. You can also find the calculator in the drop down menu.Screenshot (1).png

    Hmm, I just ran update on the map and that might have solved it! I was able to load the latest saved game without an error.

    That is what I thought. Your other system specs you have posted look good.
    So most likely it was an outdated map-file that caused the error.
