@redrum That is a huge number of edits again. What happened to all the ships that were placed in the Channel? And I see a trench in Sydney - where did that come from?

@Private-Panic Yeah, I made 1 purchase edit. I swapped a cruiser for a sub and a trench otherwise germany had a 50/50 shot at sydney.
The rest were just placement and noncombat move edits where I tried to do it by adding then removing what I was moving so it was easy to follow and posted the edits before Russia’s turn. I moved 4 of the Channel placements: 2 to the Med and 2 to Singapore.

@redrum Theetiquette I am used to is that non-com and placement edits at the end of a turn are always acceptable, as are purchase edits announced before any dice are thrown. Any other edits are if agreed with your opponents.
Can I suggest we return to that norm. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy to agree the capture of the Marianas as an edit and the swapping of a cruiser for a sub and trench, but with so many edits about and no rules as to what can be edited it makes it impossible for your opponents to follow the game. Ask and you shall be granted! Probably! And witt and I will know what is happening. Well I will anyway! :grin:
I should mention, however, that I am less likely to agree to any edits occurring multiple turns later. It seems a step too far. :skull_and_crossbones:

@Private-Panic Agree. I generally do everything I can to avoid purchase edits and just do placement/NCM edits since you can argue that dice change the purchase decision. Usually you can just move a placement but in this particular case since UK didn’t buy any land units, it didn’t really leave us any placement/NCM options.
Sorry, I was trying to quickly get through all the edits and post Russia before I went to bed last night. I didn’t realize the Sydney issue til I had done most of the other edits and planned to post summarizing the edits and asking if the purchase one was ok last night but ran out of time as the edits and russia’s turn took a while :/ I figured the purchase edit didn’t impact russia so we could always undo it before germany’s turn if you didn’t agree.
I think the only multi-turn edit that we might need sometimes is the french atlantic fleet which generally only impacts germany as its often is hard to coordinate with UK/USA.
Are you good with the purchase edit and all the placement/NCM edits? Glad to further summarize or discuss them. As want to make sure we are good before I do USA.
