I use them in my game but not G40. Have tweaked them over the years. You roll for 2 each country and use whole game. If you want I can post my chart.

Global 40 Objective for Normandy

If the Allies get income for Normandy, the Axis should get something for Malta or occupation of Crete? or extra for Romania ( ploesti oil fields)

yea not proposing dough for Normandy but France (the territory) for both USA and Germany so USA has incentive to liberate France even though they can’t then use the Normandy factory

I have a simple computer so I loaded the small version and have no option for house rules redesign, but technically I can just edit the loss of ipc and add the tank and fighter at the beginning.

yea it’s not a bad edit. Let us know what u think of it after giving it a go. Just to clarify it’s “Global 40 House Rules” not “Global 40 Redesign HouseRules” in case there was any confusion.
