  • That is, I believe it’s game over now. We can continue if you like, no problem, but Japan can do whatever they want now in the Pacific. They can even easily take over all of the US if they want to.

  • Just answer me this; I’m about to retake Hawaii, you’re about to get India. Moscow is safe for now. Can Japan Take Australia before I sack Berlin? If you’re even a little unsure, let’s continue and your scramble decision in W. Ger?

  • Not sure, actually.

  • Can’t look at the position, but only your post with the phone. I’ll check the scramble.

  • Ah, it’s a SBR. Yes, intercept with 3 figs.

I can make a more detailed analysis later, but spontaneously I’d say that the US can’t hold Hawaii even if they take it back next round. Calcutta will fall for sure. Sydney is not so sure, but the Aussies will be shut out of income atleast and an easy prey later on.

  • I was going to fight on another turn, but I see what you mean. I’ll take it back, my fleet will be annihilated again and you’ll retake it for good and it’ll end with a pacific victory end of round. Well done. Would love to hear your thoughts on how you avoid this outcome as Allies. I almost wonder if KJF is easier given that all you have to do in the West is retake Paris or hold Cairo or hold Moscow to prevent 8 VC yes?

In short I’m not sure if either KJF or KGF is really applicable. I mean, US can’t go 100 % either direction. Perhaps something like 70 % against Japan is reasonable though? They need to push back Japan, or atleast threaten and disturb together along with mainly ANZAC.

My usual opening with US is 1 bs and 2 ac. Sometimes repeat US2. Of course depends when the JDOW comes.
