    Also, I appreciate not needing to fight it out. I don’t know why people want to drag on a losing position. One thing though, can you post the result?

    A couple of tips: I think losing Egypt and the Med was fatal for you here. Running down to the Indian Ocean doesn’t allow the UK med fleet to be very useful. Second best approach is to attack SZ97 UK1 (Taranto). In most cases though, the best approach is to stack up SZ92, normally with an airbase on Gibraltar. Also, you had too many US BBs. A loaded CV is better in most (if not all) cases than 2BBs and also cheaper. One other thing, I’m not sure you noticed the peril India was in. Either fly in the planes to take a stand or move all your troops out. It doesn’t make much sense to take a losing stand and it also removes the threat of it being reclaimed by the allies; in G40 that isn’t such a strong threat because it can be plundered again but BM removes that.

    Still, a couple of things you did pretty right, not least was claiming the Carolines early.

    I suggest you hit up dawgoneit when you’re ready to play again. He’s always looking for games.
