    I am sorry to say that but it looks like that you have to readjust some moves arround sz101.
    You may attack the Sub in sz 101, but your TT is locked and can’t do NCM after combat and neither can they leave the sz during combat move phase.
    The warships can though and avoid the combat, but transports are only allowed to do combat moves in case they conduct an amphibious assault which is not possible from 101 in this turn.

    You killed sucessfully both Subs, so the best way prob. is that you edit the TT’s off of 91 back to 101 along with your troops in Gib…
