I made the attacks that you wanted to make for you and then when it asked for Scrample Orders I Clicked on the FILE menu and then selected the menu item Post PBEF/PBF Gamesave TripleA will automatically create a post like above. Then UK will let you know if they want to scramble any of their planes then you load the file that the system posted and put in the scramble orders and continue with the combat round. Then after the turn is complete you will click on Post again so that Russia can then load the file and continue the game.
