OK, I used a different computer to post the French turn. I tried to use edit mode to reduce damage on the Japan IC (the original die roll was 4 for a 6 damage), but I couldn’t figure out how to do it. Perhaps you can just increase your IPCs by 1 and lower the damage by one more than you would have needed to.
So, it is now Germany’s turn.

In Edit mode select the IC and then klick
“Change Unit Bombing Damage”. In the opening window adjust the value as you like. HTH.
