@nebnworb yea they get the bit in their mouth and they can run all over the place. Little annoying things that if they don’t react and you can support, can really be irritating. Of course they can kinda do the same thing, depending on USA strategy : )
Neutral count, Major IC count

Hey, just wanted the total number of Strict Neutrals (How many troops, ex. Spain has 6 etc), Pro-Axis and Pro-Allied troops. Also how many Major ICs do each country build in a normal game?
I’m priming and painting, preparing to get Global and just wanna be one step ahead before it gets here. Thanks!

Japan builds Mnr in Shanghai
Occasionally UK/It build Mnr in Egypt -
US builds Major in Norway, Japan in Manchuria, Malaya, UK in West India
