If Ger had rolled average in Gre and had almost all its air left, it could have sank all surface ships in Med and built fleet in Gre to threaten wide open N. Afr. Japan could have built up to 7 DD instead of 5 planes. That would have saved the fleet, but stopped all pressure on Rus and Brit. Decent Ger dice could have allowed Japan to continue to build its fleet. Japan convoy blockade on Africa has never met expectations. Needed that and bombing of Mideast I.C.s, coupled with threat in the Med to tie up Brit. Japan could have built a few ships, to give it a fighting chance. Now all depends on the Divine Wind.
