So basically be sure that your Java 8 is up to date and there is no old version left on your PC (the old version of Java is not visible in Windows control panel and has to be removed manually).

This is the culprit: Please delete the i4J_jres folder including its subfolder(s) manuallly.
@Shin-Ji , i got it running now.
It is up to you now to delete the i4i_jres file and reinstall the latest triple a Version.
Still no scramble if you leave the same G1 set up.
