That’s the point though. Sea Lion is an objective for Germany but there is no justification for doing while the USSR is still a credible threat because once you capture London, there is no way in hell you can defend against the US liberation and the Soviet invasion. Hence, just don’t do it. I am only suggesting that if one wanted to do an early Sea Lion, you will need Japan to put so much pressure on USSR that Germany can focus completely on US thus Japan will lose in the Pacific. I agree Sea Lion isn’t a wise move.

I have a damaged British Battleship in SZ 111. The zone was attacked by Germany in G1. I want to get it to SZ 109 for repair on my next turn. There are currently 2 German subs there. What I want to do is bring a DD, a fighter squadron and a bomber squadron to SZ 109 to eliminate the subs. Can I move the damaged BB to SZ 109 as well and use it to attack? I have looked everywhere on the site. The only reference I see is that damaged BBs can bombard and also that the only difference between damaged and un-damaged BBs is that they can only take one more hit. I have not seen this referenced.

@genken Indeed, the operability of a battleship does not suffer from a single hit. Except that it needs to be repaired to regain its “Capital Ship: Battleships require 2 hits to destroy.”-charcteristic.

@genken Might be cool to have a house rule that 1) 1, 2 or 3 the ship is damaged in a way that it moves at half but attacks full or 2) 4, 5, or 6 it is damaged in a what that it moves 2 spaces but attacks with a hit on 1 or 2 vs 4 normally.
