Listened to audiobook on Thucydides’ History of Peloponnesian War. Has anyone played board game titled Hellenes: Campaigns of the Peloponnesian War? Would make a great multiplayer game. A&A has WWI, Napoleon, Punic 270 BC, variants, but not Peloponnesian Wars (Athens vs Sparta). Would be interested in working together with anyone willing to develop a Greek city state variant for this website.

My usual gaming group only plays Axis & Allies once or twice a year so the rest of the time we’re playing other games. The first game we played today was History of the World by Zman. It’s a light-moderate war game with similarities to Risk and Small world. It’s played in 6 Epochs and each Epoch you pick a new civilization card (essentially territories) and a new event card (special abilities or more territories). It supports 6 players but is a lot faster with 4-5. If you ignore AP (analysis paralysis), it plays fairly quickly.
Anybody else played this game?
