Yeah I know about this rule and I am in favour of it.
In this game, however, it wouldn’t have helped that much (only a little).
I did not lose a big huge battle, but rather lost many many small battles
yeah, like anything, it is difficult for me, to not over employ it. I tend to use it at non critical junctures while in my last game with him he held one for a bigger battle that was more important where the round one dice went all crazy. anyways I find his ruleset a bit complicated, i would probably go for a simpler version but if you want to employ it just let me know.

This is the rule set he uses. Yeah, not overly complicated but I still seem to forget simple rules in BM…?!?
"Each side starts with 2 low-luck rerolls (can increase later by mutual agreement if needed), and they can be used for any battle (whether the user is the attacker or defender) with the exception of capitals.

@MrRoboto yeah, working down the line of games now…just got an error code 301 trying to post a move from triplea???
@JWWII so, in another game I just copied and pasted the triplea files…do you suggest we continue like that? I am getting an error code, 301, when trying to post to the forum within triplea?
I had that earlier today too.
You have to make sure to use the newest TripleA version (1.9.0.0.13066)
And also, make sure to update the Game ID. The game ID is a not the same as in the old forum
@MrRoboto…I just downloaded the newest version…the game ID is attached, within the previous, old, files no?
My problem earlier today was, that I downloaded the newest version, but my desktop shortcut was still linked to the older version. Please double check the version you use (see it in the top left corner, before opening the map)
