    Huh, that’s very interesting. It’s the exact opposite of what most people do. Usually I see 111 scramble and no 110 scramble, when I do this opening.

    France and 111 were obviously awesome, 106 worked too. 110 was slightly below average and Normandy was horrible. All in all I’m okay with this start.

    I kind of like the fact that the UK planes hit the German planes direct.

    You could have had a complete disaster as my fighters only hit 1 / 3 first roll.

    Everywhere else on the battlefield, I think defense dice was poor. Especially Paris…you have all mech and tanks. Going light into Paris like that when trying to set up for Vichy, I think fair dice would have at least killed the artillery?

    But 4 German planes…hope the 3 Allied fighters were worth the sacrifice.

    Well I don’t really care about the Art in France. It’s not gonna be at the Eastern front in time anyway to make a difference.

    You should think about a 111 scramble. With that buy it’s almost sure that Germany will just strafe and retreat to save that BB.

    And 110 was still better than average for you - I scored 4 instead of 5 hits first round. And yeah, you got 3 out of 3,67 hits first round, but 3 instead of 2 in the second.
    What I’m saying is: I wouldn’t advise in a 110 scramble. If it’s average, you come out short because your fighters are more important than the German ones. If you score great hits, Germany isn’t down yet, those planes do not have too much impact in the first 3-4 turns. But if you score badly, UK is basically out for a long time.
