Firefox + Adblock plugin and/or NoScript plugin makes for viewing pleasure. :)

Some things still rely on Java though, and you’ll have to learn how to allow some sites, which isn’t hard but can be tedious if the site is dependent on it.

I have used Mozilla since day one, with Norton running with phishing protection on.

But still some break thru and out of principle i avoid these types of places. That site used to not have so many things running from other people. I think its when they don’t weed out the bogus spammers and eventually they latch on all sorts of crap that try to spy on you.
