Also, if you try a strafe attack against Norway with Italy first, please ask for OOL. For instance, I was saving the AAA for Germany in the first go around, not Italy :-D
Also, when I have bombers anywhere being attacked I usually don’t factor them as a casualty, just hope they roll a lot of 1s. So if you try a strafe on Germany’s next turn, no bomber hit please.

As per page 39 of the Pacific Rule Book, “This occurs regardless the state of relations between the Soviet Union and Japan at the time of the attack, with one exception: If the Soviet Union attacks Korea or any Japan-controlled territory bordering these [Olgiy, Dzavhan, Tsagaan-Olom, Central Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar, and Buyant-Uhaa] Mongolian territories while Mongolia is still strict neutral.”
It appears to me you broke the pact, meaning they will remain strict neutral until such a time as one of us directly attacks them, turning them and all other strict neutrals into Pro-Allies/Axis.
If I somehow misinterpreted that let me know, for now I wont edit it in, though.
