    Interesting move in Burma. Will it be worth it? You’ve bought some time for Calcutta, for sure.

    If I had enough stuff to land and defend in India instead, I would have done that. However, I think Japan’s odds were like 100%. So, would it have been better to just let Japan walk into India or retreat? Retreating would just mean getting squeezed in the middle east real quick. I think there was no good choice. I was of the opinion that if Japan walked into India, than I wouldn’t be able to stop Japan from overpowering the US for the final victory city.

    Regardless, I never know what is the best move and most likely make the wrong decision as I don’t win very many games. My decisions only look “right” when the dice results really go my way.

    I think you need to protect the US fleet better. I’ve learned that along the way too.

    I’m still learning this game. I hope I got enough Japanese planes to strategically make a difference.

    Lately I’ve run across people playing allies who didn’t just fall back and the let axis forces walk into important positions. Once that happense and Axis have the 2 capitals, they can just defend until forever and or do what they wish. Huge TUV sacrifice to kill German 16 units in Caucasus. Dice could have went better my way; defense was pretty good all rounds. I ran it once to see what it could look like. The UK captured Caucasus with 2 artillery and lost 0 planes. If that was the outcome, I’d be way ahead right now. But the dice outcome probably makes me lose the game. At least Iraq / Persia can’t get threatened the very next turn. Same with India, killing the stack in Burma gave me a chance to let Chinese insurgents irritate Japan. I don’t know. But the US will re-cock it’s fleet and come back. I assure you.
