I’m good. Been really busy at work lately. I am looking at Italy’s turn now but I’m waiting on an answer to a rules question before I continue. I have one issue with your allied turn. You asked for a scramble in sz 97 when the US amphibious assaulted which was good. But you never asked for a scramble in sz 97 when the UK did an amphibious assault. You only brought a carrier and a cruiser to the sea battle. I had a three plane scramble and a 98% chance to win the battle which would’ve prevented your amphibious assault and stranded your loaded transports in an adjacent sz. I think I will give you a second pass but in the future be a little more careful with your combat movements and when in doubt always ask first about scrambles.

Let me look at that. Because I have an abuse iin Greeze and the American carrier. I thought you had absolutely no chance, so I automatically knew that you wouldn’t want to scramble. If I messed that up, we have to make a correction

The reason is you can never combine forces for an attack. Since UK was making an attack they are the attacker and Italy was the defender. Regardless of what US units are in the sz UK was on the attack so the US units sit idle. If you were defending it would be different. Since you performed an amphibious assault you first need to clear the sz of any hostile status before the landing can take place. My italian planes scrambling would make the sz hostile. UK would need to bring enough units to the sz to either win battle and clear the sz so the amphib assault can happen or they need to bring enough units to overwhelm the sz and deter the italians from scrambling. Again, aligned powers can NEVER combine forces to attack only to defend. Lets do this. Redo the UK turn with these thoughts in mind. You can probably do the same thing you did but you will need to adjust for the sz97 battle and probably adjust your NCM. Don’t forget to move the tank and mech to iraq form egypt.
Also just an FYI it wasn’t a bug deal this time but it can be in certain situations. You loaded the US transport in the combat phase and moved to the carolines. Any units loaded during the combat phase MUST unload for combat. Triple A does not handle this correctly. In this case its no big deal but its good to get in the habit of separating your combat moves and non combat move phases. Game on! Germany has alot of work to do!

Thanks for the insight. The US and Uk attacks in the Mediterranean had to be a joint effort, but luckily the UK has enough air power in the area to redo its turn without compromising its position. So I will do that. I’m however in a tight spot time wise. My girls are on half days from now until summer break starts on Wednesday.
