  • If it is possible, we will let it go as it happened. No big deal, I was just unaware that you could i mean. I cant tell how many times i just but a sub somewhere to stop people from loading transports to move into a combat. I mean, either way it changes things. I am good either way, we shall see what he says about it. If its possible ok, it not its ok, just wanted to make sure is all  :-D


  • it seems it is possible

    If you declare war, on that turn you can still load transports when that enemy’s surface warships are in the same zone as your transport.  It’s the exception to the rule

    Yes, Germany could load the transport even if Germany was at war with Russia previously.  Subs do not hinder the loading of transports, you just can’t conduct an amphibious assault over the top of a sub without an escort.
