    Learn something new everyday. I didnt realize you could declare war on a country and load ships with units on the same turn while enemy units were in that water space. I understand they were under attack, but not sure how men get on boats hehe.  Isnt that fancy  :-D

  • If it is possible, we will let it go as it happened. No big deal, I was just unaware that you could i mean. I cant tell how many times i just but a sub somewhere to stop people from loading transports to move into a combat. I mean, either way it changes things. I am good either way, we shall see what he says about it. If its possible ok, it not its ok, just wanted to make sure is all  :-D


  • it seems it is possible

    If you declare war, on that turn you can still load transports when that enemy’s surface warships are in the same zone as your transport.  It’s the exception to the rule
