I liked it better when Japan was supinely waiting. Actually, I 've known that Japan, though temporarily contained, had a powerful fleet and air that could expand again if not tightly guarded. Now Germany is bringing more air power to Italy. This game is still a toss up. I won’t be home until this evening to take my turn.

Actually, I realised afterwards, I could have parked off Borneo. Did not have the time to double check if the fleet was safe from all the Air t in Asia . I have lost my penultimate TT now. Perhaps I should have gone with both TTs and taken Java. Can’t remember if I had that in mind when I moved down last turn. I had bombardments too.
Is hard to concentrate on this game amd my vision is not as good as it should be.

Blasted AA luck again. Brit attacked N. Persia with a single bomber and it was hit by AA. I didn’t want to expend too many ground troops, since Ger is reinforcing Persia with more troops than Brit can send to Iraq. The Ger reinforcements in Cauc are too strong to attack by air or from Brits in China. I was concerned by Ger ftrs moving south to Italy. But it allowed me to shuttle my planes around also.
