here is the link for the new updated map, it hasn’t changed much
Right now in our world history class, we’ve goten now into the Neploenic era and how he invaded russia. This inspired me, along with when I came home today and saw my old Risk game in the corner. Now I was woundering if anyone would be interested in createing a late 1700 early 1800 version of both AAE and/or AAR, starting only with the american revolution to see if the Brits could have kept the colonie. After that scenario is solved begin with the rise of Nepoleon and other countrys. Art could suport inf as cannons, tanks or risk calvery peices could move 2 spaces as usual, DD, BB, and tp only, posible decleration of war on the Ottomans and spain, I could do more research and rules too, but only if anyone is interested and would want to mabye help out with this scenareo. So, what do all of you think, good idea or bad?
It could be good. I dig the Napoleonic era and my favorite military boardgame is “The Napoleonic Wars” from GMT. You could make a game work with the A&A rules. You just need a new map.
I am working on a A&A game with the card driven machanic very similar to the above mentioned Napoleonic War game.

http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0409/xml/redir.asp?Ext=ai

you can view it with adobe reader with is Free DL
I’ll try again…
Dude: if you bother to read the link it explains everything. You tried to “see” it but obviously you don’t have the program. That is what i explained before. In order to view it you need Adobe reader or a trial version of Illustrator CS2 ( or any illustrator program)
http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0409/xml/redir.asp?Ext=ai…… results in this:

Happiness is a mushroom cloud away…Das gut, ja
This is the proper spelling of your signature. I may suggest you work on spelling everyday and build vocabulary and test yourself often. When your an officer they will run you out of town with your grammar.
Whats wrong with it?
Actualy, the “Happiness is a mushroom cloud away…” part came from a realy cool t-shirt that I have.
“Das gute, ja”, meaning thats good, yes, is sort of an inside joke that I made a long time ago, and ever sence I put it into things like a sig on the enternet.
Happyiness is not correctly written that way… its Happiness
Das Gute is wrong as well… its Das Gut…meaning its good
My God… its not that hard.
Das Booty……
…it used to be just happyness for a while, then I relized it was wrong and tried to change it, and I never deleted the y and just added the i.

I can’t find anything that says the price for that game, what is it?
Its $150.00 cost is mostly printing for the 4x3 foot map printed on vinyl and mounted on 1/4 inch styrene plastic sheets
it wont bend or get stained… you can walk on it like a tile in your kitchen.
……uummmmm, is there any way to not have all that on it…mabye make it alittle less pricey?
Not that I’d buy it any time soon, right now I’m about $150 away from getting a PS3.
Then save your money and download my free version on the previous posts.
I guess i can print it out on my 13x19 large format printer, but it will be like normal maps ( not very good) and cost you about $60.00. You would have to tape sections together.
whichever you prefer is fine.
I can tell you my game is very good.
It looks perty interesting. Like I said, I don’t have the money right now, but mabye in the future. I’ll try and remember it. :-D
