    This does seem hopeless with Ger collecting more cash than the U.S and building 17 ground troops in one turn.  Ger/Ita earn 25 cash from Rus terr. plus 15 from N.O. for total of 40.  U.S. has little opportunity to increase income.  U.S. spent massive amounts to cutoff Ita income, yet hasn’t taken any terr so hasn’t earned anything from this investment.  U.S./Brit would have to spend enormous sums building cv’s, dd’s and tt’s that have no offensive land combat value to invade Fra or Ger.  Ger needs less for defense than Allies for offense.  Allies can’t reach to bomb Berlin, which produces the troops against Rus.  Bombing W. Ger has little value.  The 3 U.S. bombers lost to AA fire should have been costing Ger repairs in Rus.  More bombers are on the way, finally.
