its pretty much done. I’m hoping that I can deny a victory in the pacific long enough and beat Germany in Europe (while it is looking more vulnerable than it was, that isn’t very likely, especially in the time frame I would need and given Italy and Japan’s strength). Definitely a long shot, at best. I hope you don’t mind me dragging it out me1945. I’m enjoying this game immensely and holding on to some very faint hope.

Definitely the right choice in 26. And no problem about missing the post. I panicked momentarily that you might be able to open the Soviet blocker with the Japanese bombers and then realized I could land British or Australian air to act as blockers if necessary.
And yeah, only the dice can save me now. My odds in India are 1/7 but winning there probably doesn’t delay you more than a turn, if that. And my odds in Hawaii are between 1/50 and 1/100. A win there might be more consequential. Again sorry to drag this out on very faint hopes.
