Looking for Vector File

Hey,
I am a total newby to forums and to this type of gaming. So be patient with me. I am looking for a vector file download of the 1940 Global map because I am wanting to make a 3D board with my cnc router. Does anyone know where I can get file like this without having to trace the entire map? This has become my mission in life Ha. If anyone can point me to someone or website, I would really appreciate it. THanks
