It brings Yugoslavia into the war which allows the fighter to fly over it en route to Tobruk in non-combat. Definitely questionable whether it’s worth it.

Sure that makes sense if you want to minimize losses to the Yugoslavians (i.e. tank and mechs from France strafe to Romania on round 2?).

Exactly, strafe Romania and G2 the stack into E. Poland. Then you are set to hit Belarus or W. Ukraine on G3.
My theory is Russia has to respect that and won’t be doing too much elsewhere plus good chance to shove them back to Bryansk on turn 2.
For this game with Germany’s Luftwaffe down, the Italian tanks elsewhere and Russia bought for the Belarus stack I don’t think the g2 will be worth it.

I think triplea will let you do it. If not, just post what you have done so far, and then reload the map at the end of combat move then edit your tac and roll all the other battles, then edit 110 to suit the results of that battle.
