    In situations like this I think defender should be able to surface the sub, meaning the plane can hit it, but sub can not fire back on plane (it is a warship, not a transport) adding to the defence of the cruiser and the transport. I really don’t see why this is unreasonable and not allowed

    At least I prevented the dumbass Crete objective for Germany (for now)
