Oh! I thought it would be okay because I declared myself willing to accept whatever the outcome up front, even if I was less lucky in Salzburg, given that Salzburg had been a decent outcome even then and I was putting it at risk.

If you want to edit in a change I have looked at the report I sent my allies after the first try and see that I told them I had 12 units left in Salzburg the first time around.
