  • fyi, in japan i bought a full on complex and could not place a upgrade. So i switched it out for 20 IPC for a upgrade and just placed it, and 10 for a fighter= 30. Just letting ya know bro.

    USA can’t upgrade the complex on Japan. It has to be an original ownership territory and there aren’t any of them!

    Its ok i wont use it, can it be placed on Korea? Just curious cause i wasted 30 IPCS on it, lol. In fact, is there a list of the territories in the game upon which you can place a minor and then upgrade? I honestly dont know the answer to that, never done or tried that before.
