L17 G40 BM3 Me1945 (Axis) vs. Adam514 (Allies)

  • 15 14

Woha, ME1945’s fearless style created the first win against Adam in BM, right?
ME1945 exploited on fact in A&A that even Adam could not stop: If Axis goes all-in for a gamble on Moscow, the game can be decided by the dice god, nothing Allies can do about it.

Still: The battle was not completely suicidal.

the most likely outcome was Axis winning with 16 units remaining. Now he had 33 survivors.

Adam, out of curiosity: At which point = how many Axis survivors less would you have decided to continue?

It was suicidal to plan on going for it, nearly everything had to go perfectly to yield that 80%, which on its own is close to suicidal itself.

If he had to lose extra air to take Moscow (which he needed to do on average), I wouldn’t concede. He also needed to take with 2 tanks or I’d have 76% on the counter and he had no land units in range.

I lost in BM before, just not in league.

  • 15 14

    Thanks for the answer Adam.

And no league record = no loss :-)

Congrats to ME1945 on the big win.

JDOW, I found out about the Bryansk battle looking at your post, I hope we’re giving a good show

    @Adam514:

I guess that’s good game. You played well.

Up for a rematch? You can choose the side you want.

    Thank you for the game.
My first impression is the BM version is still gives Axis advantages especially in the Pacific side. Yes, Allies are getting more income. The problem, from my view, is they (Allies) need more units right at the beginning. I predict growing bidding for Axis.

We can play a rematch, but I can only accept a slow game. I made my side choice last game. So, it’s fair let you decide.

I predict as well the need for a small Axis bid in the future.

I really don’t mind which side, and you are still new to BM, so up to you. I won’t mind if it’s slow, I’m getting pretty busy.

  • 21 20 18 17 16 15 14 13

I take Axis again. Would you like to play with the low luck mode?

  • 21 20 18 17 16 15 14 13

    Or things like one reroll?

  • 19 17

Dice is fine, and up to you for the reroll. Let me know if yes.

    GLHF!

  • 21 20 18 17 16 15 14 13

Let’s set one battle reroll rule either side can claim. A reroller can leave the original results, if the rerolled one is worse.
    Sounds good?

1 per side for the attacker only right?

  • 21 20 18 17 16 15 14 13

Only 1 time per side either for attacker or defender I’d suggest. You could request a reroll in Moscow with this.

  • 21 20 18 17 16 15 14 13

It makes a bit complicated because an attacker has to wait a confirmation from the defender each time before proceeding. So, just for the attaker is fine.
