In addition to forces above I’ll send the strategic bomber from England and fighters if their still around from the scramble for your fleet. If you send the fighters from England you have to commit your carrier. Lose those fighters 1st if you feel you might retreat. This gives you two additional fighters and a bomber.

Why does UK Pacific start with 17 IPC’s. Land Value of their territories is 15 and in global UK Pacific is +1 and UK Europe is -1 IPC I believe for West India split.
If West India is captured by the Axis, does UK Pacific and Europe each lose 1 IPC or does UK Europe lose 2 IPC’s? -

My understanding is all of the West India dough goes to UKP. -
That makes sense…I think 1st edition it was a split…My income tracker I use had UK Pac at 16 and UK Euro at 29

Yea I don’t remember. I know UKP needs all the dough they can get :)
