    I hope I didnt confuse you, but all I was saying was that you are loading a transport during the combat move phase. And by rule units loaded during the combat move phase can only unload for an amphibiuos assault.  So you triple A will not let you unload the marine and the units on the transport in sz 37 because it is the combat move phase.  If you wait and do it during the Noncombat move phase you will not have a problem.  Max defense for all battles.
