Europe doesn’t have ports. In Pacific they allow an extra space of travel for naval units f you control both harbors.
Unless you mean Enhanced in which case I don’t know.

oh, a different version of european that i dont know.
its probably the same as pacific. you can use the sea zone with a naval base to go three spaces to another with a naval base. so you can get from the black sea crimea to tunisa in one turn if you own both.

That is a house rules map. There is no seperation or break down of UK into 3 territories in Europe OOB and the same for the EUS with a DC space all to its own. France is on there as blue as well. Defintely house rules.
