If you can figure out a way to process it, go ahead and have the Rus sub attack the Ger dd & tt. You’ve given me lots of second chances. It’s even odds. The trans probably won’t be needed, since my land troops won’t last long. Did you save the game mid-turn? Just got back from game night at my church. I brought the board game Ticket to Ride USA. It was a lot of fun and more challenging with more players. I won, but it was close.

Parliament launched an investigation as to why HMS Prince of Wales, based in Singapore, sallied out from India un-escorted, to attack a lone Japanese transport, and was subsequently sunk. Battle cruiser Repulse had previously sailed to Egypt. A certain American also wants to know why the Brits thought it was so important as to risk the only capital ship defending India, and is asking his British counterpart, ABH, for his opinion.

+59 this round for the Axis. So many Allied units were thrown away with not much to gain for it. Colt has been playing too many games against ShadowHawk and adopted his strategy of forcing a large number of battles each round. That tactic usually doesn’t payoff as the initial TUV advantage rapidly disappears.
Fortunately the Allies are playing much stronger on the European side of the map. Germany should be in Belarus and Novgorod on G4. With proper Axis play the Russia cannot stop the advance until the army is on the outskirts of Moscow, forcing a decision of launching a costly final assault on the capitol on diverting the thrust south to the oil fields.

I should not have withdrawn the 2nd Italian tank from Russia. One tank and a bomber isn’t enough to take Bal or Bel, to clear the way for a Ger follow thru. The single Rus mech in Fin took out 2 Ger inf, despite air support, leaving Ger too weak in the north to squeeze Novg. I had attacked with 5 units with an attack value of 9, against 1 defender. But random dice is more fun than LL. Japan had it’s share of losing tt’s in the past, so I gave them escorts in this game and they still were sunk along with their escorts. So Japan isn’t really that much ahead cumulatively this game, except for the BB.

Bummer, another even match up that I lose. Was hoping for mutual destruction, not that the tt was going any where, but now that pesky Rus sub is still on the loose.
