Het is voor mij een openbaring dat terugtrekken uit kan (op India bedoel ik). Je odds zijn drastisch beter geworden zo!

Wat mij betreft is het spel voor de Allies als Engeland nu India terugpakt. Maar dan wil ik die slag wel zien! Mocht mijn bondgenoot meer perspectief zien, dan sluit ik mij uiteraard bij hem aan.
Ik heb nog het schaamrood op de kaken. Deze pot voelt sterk als de eerste keer dat je Herdersmatje tegen je krijgt gezet bij schaak. De kapitale (:-() blunder die ik bij deze versie maak is de denkfout dat je als Europese Axis het spel domineert / de zetten dicteert. Je moet veel meer reageren op wat de ander doet dan ik gewend ben, waarschijnlijk een kwalijke erfenis van 1940.

afwezigheid van vliegtuigjes die wel kunnen aanvallen maar niet kunnen landen… dus leek mij vrij logisch…;)
overigens als we nog aan kistjes doen, het kistje voor de mooiste aankoop gaat bij deze dan naar de Italianen!

Ik denk ook dat het een erfenis is van 1940, waar je in beurt 1 rustig gaat kijken of je ditmaal Londen wilt hebben of dat je in beurt 4 in Moskou wilt staan. Ik ken dat gevoel wel van herdertjesmat toen je in G4 een Moscow rush succesvol had afgerond ;)
Je bent in 1942 gewoon erg afhankelijk van wat de allies beslissen. Als de britten het midden oosten minimaal verdedigen en de amerikanen maximaal komen, is het inbinden en verdedigen voor de Duitsers, of een net zo onconventionele ingreep, denk aan 3 fighters en 2 bombers G1 als je de amerikanen zo ziet komen. -
Door de Berlijn-rush moet Japan proberen de VC te halen. Dit kan alleen door of Calcutta of Sydney er nog bij te pakken.
Echter, dit had deze beurt, misschien anders volgende beurt, moeten gebeuren. De enige manier om india te redden was door
terug te trekken, anders hadden de axis het gewonnen.Nu had ik india nooit kunnen houden. En aangezien USA deze buert voor 120 uit mag poeoen en UK voor 90, is het voor mij duidelijk
dat als de gezamelijke inkomsten van axis onder de 90 geraken dat mijn periode op hawaii niet een heel lang leven meer is geschonken -
Es tut mir leid, Hirohito… En gratuliere voor de Allies :-)
Ik ben uiteraard bij een nieuwe pot. Ik heb voor de afwisseling wel weer eens zin in 1940, maar 1942 is een goeie tweede keus. Wat jullie?

Wij hadden het idd al snel in de gaten dat India niet te behouden was, maar ook dat het vrij lastig zou worden voor Japan, om zowel India als Hawaii te gelijk te behouden. Maar potje was weer eens iets anders…
Zeker voor een nieuw potje, maar ik prefereer denk ik 1942. Ik zou graag eens het lot van de Axis ondergaan in deze versie…;)
