Well, I don’t see any way the Allies can win this. Axis productivity is far too high. I can keep you out of the Middle East for about six turns, but that’s about it.

you made hell for germany, but maybe Japan was given too much freedom. I also think I did not play japan optimal. For the last few rounds I have been around 90 IPC but have not accomplished much

I don’t mind playing it out, but barring any phenomenally bad mistakes on your part I don’t see any hope of an Allied win. The dollars have been unbalanced for far too long.
As for Japan not gaining traction, that’s because you are pressuring Russia and the Middle East. If you were spending that money in the Pacific instead, the US would be forced to spend all its money in the Pacific to avoid giving you a Pacific victory. As it is, you were spending German money in large part to counter the US and a lot of your territory gains have come because because of that Russia consolidation.
I"ll review the game and look for where I think mistakes were made. If I recall correctly, I split the UK fleet in the Med early and lost it, which is probably the major mistake.
