    Sure. I will play Axis :-D  Please select the bid you think it’s appropriate and I will try my best.  i think as long as each territory permits only 1 addition it’s fine.

    About the game ending condition, I think exactly the way you think until one day an opponent questioned me and thought the correct behaviour should be a complete game turn including US movement.  When I double checked the manual also didn’t say this very clearly, though this rule does apply in 40 global.  The current TripleA follows the behaviour you suggest though, so I’m not sure which one is right.

    I will ask this in 42 2E for clarification… Let see what other expert says :-D
