Rules: (using a 12D system)
Cost 6IPC
Attack N/A
Defense 6One Per territory. Cannot be moved once placed. Can be used as Casualty and maintain zone of control. When paired with INF the fortification (Pill Box) receives a +1 to defensive roll. Does not require a factory to be built.

Defense 6“Using a 12D system”… you’re using 12-sided dice (1-to-12)? If so, this could be scaled down to a “Defense of 3” (defense of 4 with an infantry) when using a standard 6D?
