I haven’t received any more Roman marti emails since the first time. Your statement on factory damage is correct, 10 capacity less 10 damage hits equals zero, then repair 5, can build 5. My local playing buddy and I never build minor IC. I’ve read strategy posts about building one in Egypt. Since ITA has no transports and only 1 aircraft, Egypt is safe, since the ITA ground and GER air can’t attack together. Interesting RUS pulling back not just from the border but from the frontline ICs and massing in 2 armies for counterattack.

Gamerman01 got back to me when I asked where I could point you to to show a unit’s entire move must be used to activate a pro-neutral and he told me to go to http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=30776.0 but that doesn’t exactly address the case either. Here is the pertinent quote from the link
- You can’t move a tank through a friendly neutral that you just activated
a) You CAN blitz strict neutrals and unfriendly neutrals
b) You also can’t non-com mech or tanks through the friendly neutral that you just took control of.
This situation mostly applies if the Rus player tries to go south and blitzes NW Persia to attack Iraq for national objectives
- You can’t move a tank through a friendly neutral that you just activated

It’s weird for me to see a G4 DoW but perhaps that’s more common in Europe than in Global. I can also say with confidence that I’ve never had a transport stranded as badly as the only darn one i have as UK haha. Very interesting to have portion of the Luftwaffe in the heart of Africa.
