If I remember correctly Soviet and Japan are yet not at war. Therefore, Soviet will collect for amur/sz 5 even if japan has a boat there. I think the rules say something like an “enemy warship” So I believe this is correct for the time beeing
ahhhh, surely that explains it, totally forgot about that detail :)
Another mistake, usless sub, should be down with the other ships :(
