    still on the fence if this is truly balanced. russia is helped and that’s a bonus. still, I normally give the 16-20 ipc bid all to uk in the normal game since they really need it to help limit the damage in the first turn.

  • it was a mistake to give germany a high odds low loss battle for uk, but you actually came out of that battle ahead. sealion is really 50/50, I usually don’t even go for it unless its a high odds/low loss battle. if I can take uk with equal loss, I probably wouldn’t go for it. the usa can go full in and russia can press hard. you just didn’t follow up enough the turn you know uk would fall. I would have had 3 carriers plus a few support able to sit at gib the turn uk fell that couldn’t be counterattacked, and russia on germany’s border (having too many guys in going for finland isn’t the best choice imho).
