If you are attacking the sub, I’m not scrambling. And if you’re not attacking it I’m also not scrambling.
I think I was relying too much on that cruiser blocker.

I’m not attacking the sub. But if you scramble I believe you force a sea battle therefore I would have to fight the sub plus you would negate the bombardments.

That’s correct. But it’s better for me to accept the bombardments than sacrifice the tac.
