    BLUF: We have to upgrade triplea to the latest release version 2026 and you need register AND acknowledge the registration dice server message sent to your dice email before we can continue play by forum.

    @Stucifer Ok. I installed version 2026. I used the new server https://dice.triplea-game.org/ to register. But from the startup screen
    If I click test server, I get the error that my emails are not registered.

    The new server has an additional verification step that was not used previously. You have to confirm the dice server registration by email link.

    I’m assuming that once my opponent registers his email as well, the game will go as previous.

    @Stucifer Reading that thread seems to indicate that we need to upgrade to latest version of triplea 2.7. I don’t see how to point to the new server using version 2.6. In fact, I don’t see how to change server address in any version of triplea play by forum.

    However, I’m kinda puzzled, because it seems like version 2.6 does talk to the right server. I went to the new site to register myself and my opponent, but it did not work. Test just yields the notice dialog (attached) and hangs.

    Can you confirm that we need to upgrade to 2.7? Or provide a method to update the dice server?
