its a mod for red alert 2 and it looks pretty damn nice…I personally didn’t like sudden strike because of the limited online play…and the fact you couldn’t build bases

Not any plans to make them at the moment. Personally, I think those are mediocre games, they’d have to change them significantly to make them computer games.

While it is true that the basic idea for the chasis was concieved by an american the T-34 was far from being designed by one. Many fine russian designers spent their talents on this fine tank.

SUD is kicking my sorry butt in the competition so far, but i got lucky and my 7 inf and one fig defeated 8 inf, 3 figs and 1 bomber! He lost everything and i kept one inf andone fig! hooray! makes up for me losing one inf, one tank, and one fig to one inf and one tank in egypt.

What about later in the game, when I need tanks to move into Africa and Russia? It takes at least 3 turns before I can move from Manchuria to Moscow, instead of 2 if my tanks came from factories in India. Using the factory in India I might also be able to take Iraq or Caucasus - well out of the distance of transports from Japan.

The link says never to build factories early in the game, but if I know that USA has invested lots of ship in the Pacific, I will try not to meeet the buildup.

Wow I just realized those chips are poker chips. I mean, I knew it somewhere in the back of my mind, but it just connected. O_O Thanks. But I feel kinda stupid now.

I don’t remember what I payed for World at war, its been over ten years. But I think it was worth it. We’ve tweeked the rules a bit and slightly modified the map then added in some stuff from AAE and AAP and its perfect. The games do tend to run a bit long though.
