Got finals so I won’t be able to get to this until after the 23rd.

Good game so far.  I wish I wouldn’t have bought that $30 IC in Korea- that money might have put me over the top in the Pacific.  Germany probably should’ve held out longer with the naval build-up in the Atlantic for a round or two- solely to help Japan keep US occupied.  I didn’t think of that til later.  I agree with a comment someone made that if the Axis win it will usually be the 6VC option on the Pacific side.

I wanna keep playing to see what Japan can muster.  Germany/Italy will play a stubborn defensive battle- I’ll give them 4-5 rounds to survive.  I’m wondering if that will be enough time for Japan to make out big in Asia and the Pacific.  They still got clout, but if they can’t secure the VC win by the time Germany/Italy go down then its lights out.

Yeah, part of that was me being stupid. I overlooked the fact that the major would be downgraded and slough off 14 damage. I figured USSR was going to die anyway and you would have spend the 20 ipc to get it back up and running again. Next time I’ll remember to keep a couple fighters in moscow if an axis power has bombers in range to try and shoot them down. Because yeah I usually go a little heavier on the infantry front.

Trying figure this out…

I dunno if the normal theory testers on the forum have concluded anything about a G4 (but if you mean a Scotland landing first, I would guess that requires killing more UK navy on G1).  My gut tells me the G4 isn’t worth it though.

You can start a new thread.  Gotta think if there’s anything different I should try as Germany.

Sorry I thought it applied to islands only I get confused sometimes because I have OOB only on paper that I can refer to.

I will make my decisions when I am with my board.

A)  Yea, it shoulda been repaired, wasn’t really looking at the map I guess.
B)  Correct, but they woulda landed in SZ 83 (French West Africa.)
C)  Any “liberated” industrial complexes on Chinese territory are destroyed and removed from the game board.
